Siskiyou Credit Union is committed to providing the highest level of member service. Our reputation is based on the trust placed in us by our members and on our integrity as their financial institution, and we guard that reputation.  We believe that all personal and financial information specific to you that you provide to the credit union through any channel constitutes personal information. Protecting your privacy, along with your financial assets, is at the core of our business.

We maintain partnership relationships with companies whose products are designed to help us provide service to meet the financial needs of our members. At times we will provide information to these partners in order to facilitate communication of useful information regarding products or services they provide. Communications members receive from these partners originate with them and they are provided only the information necessary to help them provide access to their products by our members. We also comply with all laws, state and federal, relating to the treatment of customer information.

It is our policy to enforce strict standards to prevent any abuse of confidential information by limiting employee access to information and by educating our employees regarding member confidentiality.

We do not collect personal identifying information about visitors to our Internet site.  Individual visitors to Siskiyou Credit Union's web site remain anonymous.  Our servers collect standard non-identifying information about visits to our site, such as date and time visited, IP address, city, state and country.  This information is used to compile standard statistics on site usage.

Any personal identifying information on our Flex Teller site is securely contained behind our firewall and is not shared in any way with any outside vendor.

Each Siskiyou Credit Union member has the opportunity to restrict our use of third-party information to the extent required by the fair credit-reporting act or to opt out of receiving unsolicited information about products and/or services by contacting the credit union. Third-party information is defined as any information not based on transactions with the credit union, such as a credit report.

You can count on us to keep you informed about how we protect your privacy and limit the sharing of information you provide to us-whether  at a member services branch, over the phone, or through the Internet. Please note that since we cannot control information on other Internet sites, we are not responsible for the contents of sites linked from our web site.

Our privacy policies may change from time to time, so please check our web site or with any Siskiyou Credit Union member services branch for the most updated copy.

If you request NOT to receive periodic mailings from affiliated companies (Excluding Siskiyou Credit Union) please do so in writing, sign and list all account numbers you wish removed from the mailings.
